The Oncology Nurses at The James are guided by a Professional Practice Model. It is both descriptive and prescriptive. The challenge was to communicate both the practical topics and the deep values of their calling. The design incorporates the Hope Statue that symbolizes their vision and a mandala as a framework for a progressive journey inward.
